Sample terms & conditions

  • Due date of payment: 7 days from date of this invoice (or 8th March 2022)
  • Late fee penalty of 2% applies per week post due date
  • Additional goods or third-party services availed or purchased for event need to be paid in full at the time of ordering
  • Photographer holds the copyrights of the photos unless otherwise mutually discussed “Photographer’s name” has the right to use photographs or video footage taken for this project, to promote his business through advertisements, brochures, magazines, articles, websites, showcase albums etc. However, the works will not be used for any commercial purposes.
  • Deliverables include only the processed images and not the Raw files Images will be handed over as a soft copy in a pen drive within a month from the event.
  • Albums, if requested, would be charged at actuals.

Refund and Cancellation terms

  • 50% refund if project is cancelled 2 weeks in advance (before the event date)
  • 100% refund if project is cancelled 4 or more weeks in advance (before the event date)
  • 100% refund if project is cancelled from the photographer’s end

Other terms

  • Meals and travels are to be provided by the client during the time of event
