What is an email signature?
An email signature is the small block at the bottom of your emails with your name, role, company, contact details, and links. A clean, consistent signature makes every email look professional and gives people an easy way to reach you or find you online. This generator builds one for you in a minute, no design skills needed.
How to create your signature
- Fill in your details and upload your logo (it is trimmed and sized automatically, or use the size slider).
- Set your two brand colours and add your social links.
- Pick a style from the gallery, and choose circle, solid or line social icons.
- Click Copy signature, or have it emailed to you, then paste it into your email client.
How to add your signature in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail
Gmail
Open Settings (the gear icon) › See all settings › General › Signature. Create a new signature, paste yours in, and save changes at the bottom.
Outlook
Go to File › Options › Mail › Signatures (or Settings › Mail › Compose and reply on Outlook on the web). Create a signature, paste yours, and set it as the default for new messages.
Apple Mail
Open Mail › Settings › Signatures. Add a signature, then paste yours in. If formatting looks off, make sure "Always match my default message font" is unchecked.
What makes a good email signature
- Keep it short. Name, role, company, one or two ways to reach you, and your key links. Clutter looks unprofessional.
- Match your brand. Use your logo and brand colours so every email reinforces who you are.
- Make links obvious. Email and website should be clickable; social icons should be recognisable.
- Design for all clients. These templates are table based with inline styles, so they hold together in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.

FAQs
Yes. Build as many signatures as you like, copy or download them, or have one emailed to you, free and with no signup.
Click Copy signature, then paste it into your email client's signature settings (Gmail: Settings › Signature. Outlook: File › Options › Mail › Signatures). It pastes in with all its formatting.
Yes. Upload a logo (it is auto-trimmed and you can resize it with the slider) and set two brand colours that drive the accents and the social icons.
Email clients like Outlook block remote images by default until the reader chooses to show them. That is true of every email signature, since the logo and icons are hosted images. Recipients who allow images will see everything.
Your contact details stay in your browser to build the preview. If you upload a logo it is hosted so it can appear in emails; if you ask us to email the signature, we use your address to send it. That is all.
